About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents, ensuring their care plans are tailored to their individual needs.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Requirements
  • A valid NMC pin and a strong background in nursing, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are maintained at a high clinical standard.
  • Confidence in providing clinical guidance to the care team and supporting CQC tasks.
  • A passion for building connections with residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care.
