We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team at Black Fox Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and best practices.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the senior management team.
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring the dignity and comfort of all residents.
- Liaise with residents' families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all nursing activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.
- Support and mentor junior care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting is desirable.
- Excellent clinical and nursing skills with a thorough understanding of care home regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
