The Opportunity

As a Private Client Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, estate administration, and trusts. You will have the support of a team of secretarial and administrative staff, and will be working with a strong client base, including ultra-high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, estate administration, and trusts.
  • Work with a team of secretarial and administrative staff to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
  • Contribute to the firm's success in the private client and commercial departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including ultra-high net worth individuals.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Over 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Ability to handle a variety of private client matters.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
