Private Client Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Private Client Paralegal to join our team at REED SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT LTD. As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in assisting solicitors with a broad range of private client matters, including executries, wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors with private client matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct legal research and liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage client files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and maintain excellent client relationships, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Perform dictation and support the team with administrative tasks as required, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in private client work, particularly executries, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the firm.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
