Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential transactions, including freehold sales, leasehold sales, freehold purchases, leasehold purchases, new build properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, and non-statutory lease extensions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a caseload of property matters, sometimes with short deadlines
  • Work towards billing targets
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with clients and external solicitors to provide advice, discuss issues, negotiate transactions, and deal with queries
  • Assist junior members of the team when necessary
  • Assist with various other tasks as required
Requirements
  • At least Newly Qualified-3 years PQE
  • Confident in handling their own caseload
  • Commitment to providing high-quality client service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
