Responsibilities of a Spa Manager:
Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring a tranquil and enjoyable experience for all clients.
Inspire, lead, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support personnel.
Formulate and execute strategies to enhance spa revenue and client satisfaction.
Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to individual client needs when necessary.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure smooth spa operations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Desired Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
