Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the Service Centre, encompassing Engineering, Administration, Customer Relations, Logistics, Health & Safety, and Human Resources.
- Guide, inspire, and develop team members through effective mentorship and performance management.
- Uphold exceptional standards of customer service and support.
- Assess and advocate for necessary investments in technology and facility enhancements.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all employees is prioritized.
- Generate reports, forecasts, and strategic business plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, particularly in dynamic environments with diverse customer needs, preferably within engineering or manufacturing sectors.
- An engineering qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comprehensive understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
