We're seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to support our Costa Coffee team in one of our Sheffield Stores. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to take on a new challenge and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

As a Costa Coffee Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading from the front and taking your store to new heights. You will be accountable for the stock, standards, team, labour, and customers, and will be expected to grow and support the store manager. You will take ownership of the profit and loss, the look and feel of your store, and for delivering brand standards.

Our core focus is serving Amazing Coffee, Shining Clean Stores and Excellent Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a unique and welcoming space for customers to enjoy our coffee
  • Taking ownership of controllable costs within your store through effective management of stock, labour, and training
  • Inspiring the team to feel valued and empowered to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintaining brand standards and owning the health and safety within the store
  • Training and developing your team to reach their full potential

  • A leader with coaching experience and a commercial mind
