We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a leading provider of catering and support services to the education sector, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that allows our employees to grow and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
- Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure consistency and excellence in our food services.
- Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
- Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
- Represent Chartwells - Schools and maintain a positive brand image.
- Monitor inventories to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked and maintain hygiene standards.
- Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Experience in a similar Chef role.
- Food Hygiene certificate.
- Flexible approach to working.
