Store Manager

Hotel Chocolat, a leading premium chocolate brand, is seeking a Store Manager to lead and support our retail team.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, seasonally busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Assistant Store Manager in providing excellent leadership to inspire, coach and develop team members
  • Drive store sales and profit plan, taking action to maximise performance
  • Exceed store sales targets and KPIs through clear and effective communication to the team
  • Maximise all commercial opportunities in-store through timely implementation of promotions, offers and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a seasonally busy and bespoke selling environment, ideally within a luxury brand or retailer
  • Natural leadership qualities to get the best out of a high-performing team
  • A passion for chocolate, our brand and for giving exceptional service to our guests
