We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team at the NHS. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including conducting assessments, administering vaccinations, and performing treatments

• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures

• Monitor patients' vital signs and record medical information accurately

• Educate patients on health management and provide guidance on preventive care

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

• Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications

• NMC Registration

• Basic life support training

• Relevant training for childhood immunisation, cytology, chronic disease management, and other areas

• Leadership and/or management training

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience working in general practice

• Experience in implementing clinical guidelines and protocols

• Experience of working in primary care and GP practices
