About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Olympia Leisure Centre and Spa. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy our swimming facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and clean the pool area to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers.
  • Set up equipment and ensure that it is in good working order.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and tidy centre.
  • Participate in regular pool rotations and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Requirements
  • A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
  • Up-to-date NPLQ training records.
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
