We are seeking a passionate and skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to oversee our innovative 'Community Connections' initiative.
Type: Full-time (35 hours per week), fixed-term contract.
Location: Primarily office-based with the possibility of remote work for eligible candidates.
Compensation: £32,301 annually, with potential increases based on performance and tenure, plus additional supervisory allowance.

We are dedicated to advocacy, groundbreaking research, and providing exceptional support and information to those affected by MS. Our team is our greatest asset, and we foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment where every member can contribute meaningfully.
Role Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a genuine passion for engaging with the community we serve. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the 'Community Connections' project to enhance access to support services for individuals affected by MS.
- Building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, including external partners and community organizations.
- Representing MS Society at relevant meetings and events.
- Delivering project objectives effectively while ensuring that the needs of the community are met.
- Traveling as necessary to engage with stakeholders across the project area.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in project management and community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of addressing diverse audiences.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Welsh.
