We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Unqualified KS1 Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to pupils in Key Stage 1
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work with pupils who have mild Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree from a reputable University
  • Have a clear passion for education and a hunger to learn
  • Have a good understanding of the Primary curriculum and general knowledge of SEN
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
