At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our thriving residential sales team. As a Senior Sales Negotiator in our Braintree branch, you'll play a pivotal role in helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales. You'll also optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements for Success
  • Preferably an experienced sales professional
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
