Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at CDM Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, production, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure efficient flow of materials, production, and delivery
  • Work closely with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer demands
  • Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and enhance supplier performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite
