Job Role: Solicitor/Legal Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Solicitor/Executive to join our team at Fishers Solicitors. As a key member of our family law department, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of family matters, including divorce, financial and property disputes, child-related disputes, cohabitee disputes, domestic abuse work, and preparation of legal agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse range of family law cases with minimal supervision
  • Preparing and presenting legal agreements, including separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and change of name deeds
  • Networking with other professionals and contacts to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Undertaking relevant training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge
  • Complying with all file and case management quality standards, as well as Law Society requirements
