Company Overview

Get Staff is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join our team in the Loading Bay division. As a key player in the Industrial Door, Loading Bay and Gates and Barriers industry, we have built a strong reputable brand that continues to grow and thrive.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Loading Bay projects and installations. If you have a passion for leading teams, managing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Loading Bay projects and installations from start to finish
  • Effectively manage and guide a team of engineers and other staff to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed to maintain high-quality standards
  • Develop and implement training and development plans to enhance team performance
  • Proactively handle customer disputes and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times
  • Approve subcontractor and hire invoices
  • Support the South and North coordinating teams
  • Report job progress and provide technical support as needed
Requirements
  • Experience leading, motivating, engaging, and nurturing a diverse team of engineers and other staff
  • Experience with Loading Bay installations and a strong understanding of the industry
  • Previous experience managing processes and procedures
  • Desirable - Loading Bay NVQ L2 in Installations
