Job Title: Site Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Chemist to join our team at Kemp Recruitment. As a Site Chemist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling, inspection, sampling, and recording of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing waste on the basis of health and safety, environmental compliance, and cost control
  • Processing, labelling, and storing waste correctly
  • Ensuring accurate and complete paperwork
  • Completing waste safety checks
  • Inspecting incoming waste to ensure compliance with requirements
Requirements:
  • HNC degree in Chemistry
  • Previous experience as a site chemist
  • Experience in the hazardous waste sector is ideal
  • FLT license is ideal
