Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Client Relations Specialist to join OutThere RPO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding client support, managing inquiries and processing orders efficiently to ensure a superior client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering assistance and guidance to clients utilizing your understanding of the organization’s offerings.
- Accurately processing client orders through the Oracle NetSuite platform.
- Inputting orders received via various channels into Oracle NetSuite with a high level of precision.
- Engaging with clients courteously through various communication methods.
- Identifying and resolving client issues, which may be intricate or prolonged.
- Coordinating product returns in collaboration with the relevant Account Manager/Department.
- Documenting all client interaction details in the Oracle NetSuite system to capture feedback and identify revenue opportunities.
- Assisting Account Management through proactive engagement.
- Generating quotes tailored to client specifications using Oracle NetSuite.
- Staying informed about product offerings and updates.
- Collaborating with Operations to monitor order progress and notifying clients of any delays or incomplete shipments.
- Ensuring comprehensive documentation of client experience information in the NetSuite system.
- Performing any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager related to operational activities.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education Requirements:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role (preferred)
Licenses/Certifications:
- Driving License (preferred)
Work Location: In-person
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service capacity is crucial.
- Experience in a sales support function is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is desirable.
- Proficient in IT applications.
