Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our customer experience team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify and capture profitable opportunities that create mutually beneficial outcomes for Invista and our customers.
- Manage customer purchase orders and collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Utilize tools such as SAP ERP, Salesforce, and PowerBi to manage customer orders and supply chain requirements.
- Transform how work is accomplished to create superior value for customers by solving their unmet needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, supply chain, customer service, or logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and present ideas to a group of stakeholders.
- Language skills and experience with SAP, analytical tools, and other relevant technologies.
