We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited in central Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior level solicitor to work with a leading national law firm and contribute to the growth and development of our Commercial Disputes Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation, with a minimum of 4 years PQE. They will be comfortable dealing with complex and high-value cases, and will have excellent technical ability and a solid grounding in Commercial Disputes.

As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of Commercial Dispute cases, including contractual liability, property related matters, breach of directors' duties, trespass and nuisance. You will also have the chance to specialise in a particular area of Commercial Disputes, such as Construction or Property litigation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working independently with day-to-day conduct of own files, which may be complex and high value
  • Representing, advising and supporting clients over a broad range of Commercial Dispute disciplines
  • Working within an insurance funded litigation environment and considering matters of insurance policy coverage and providing claims handling support to insurers
  • Supporting the Legal Manager representing, supervising, and managing junior team members' work as appropriate

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in dealing with breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership breaches, company administration requirements, directors' duties, breach of confidence, professional negligence, and fraud.
