Job Overview

Abbots Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and check customer invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to invoice queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide the accounting team with relevant information
  • Collect monthly direct debits and process payments to suppliers
  • Prepare and enter journals into the system
  • Perform credit control tasks
  • Assist with basic administration tasks, such as correspondence, filing, and printing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an accounting team in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with customers, suppliers, and employees
