Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Reed. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development, particularly in Letting Accounts, and possess strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Financial Planning & Analysis capabilities to track and report on financial performance.
- Produce annual financial statements and accounts, ensuring compliance with financial practices and achieving a clean audit report.
- Produce consolidated Monthly Management Accounts, providing insights into our financial position.
- Maintain weekly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including cash and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitoring them continuously to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with Payroll processes and address HMRC queries, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Continuously improve and maintain end-to-end financial processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve lettings accounts queries, providing timely solutions.
- Handle new tenancy details and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- PQ or QBE Accountant experience required, with a strong understanding of financial systems.
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, reports, graphs/charts, and business cases.
- Proficiency in using financial systems, knowledge of Xero is advantageous.
