About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to enhance our culinary team at a traditional pub. This establishment is known for its commitment to serving high-quality homemade dishes and is situated in a picturesque area, attracting both locals and tourists alike. As a Chef de Partie, you will be an essential part of a dedicated kitchen team, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Chef de Partie or equivalent position.
  • Strong passion for working in a vibrant pub kitchen.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from the main menu and daily specials.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Second Chef.
  • Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Contribute creatively to menu development.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage a designated section within the kitchen.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, including weekends.
