About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our regional IT team in EMEA, focusing on business partnership and building subject matter expertise in Supply Chain and Logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between IT, business users, 3PL contacts, and 3rd-party IT delivery partners to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop expertise in Mattel's iSeries-based operational systems, analyzing business needs, and maintaining service quality.
  • Participate in regional and global IT transformational projects, supporting rollouts, and solution discovery activities.
  • Provide consultation and escalation points to regional business partners, internal and external audit inquiries, and time-sensitive support incidents.
  • Work with business partners to identify and drive transformation opportunities, adopting tools and processes, and standardizing processes.
  • Partner with outsourced IT partners, leading regional and global project work with business partners and 3PL providers.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or other IT-related subjects.
  • Experience as an iSeries operator or developer, with a preference for Supply Chain or Finance applications.
  • 5+ years of business partnering in Supply Chain and Logistics process areas, with problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and high complexity comfort.
  • Experience coordinating or leading IT projects, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
