About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to the individual needs of our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of kindness, respect, and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
