Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

At Bruin, we are seeking a Strategic HR Partner to lead the execution of forward-thinking people strategies and deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to shape, develop, and implement HR initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

* Develop and deliver tailored HR plans that address key business challenges and opportunities.

* Lead initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development, driving business outcomes and growth.

* Ensure compliance with employment law and best HR practices, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

* Mentor and coach the HR team, enhancing overall service delivery and contributing to the development of a high-performing organization.

* Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and strategy, driving business insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role, with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes and growth.

* Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders, driving business results and collaboration.

* Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law, with a focus on compliance and best practices.
