- Participate in necessary meetings related to your responsibilities.
- Adhere to and promote company policies and procedures.
- Take on additional tasks as required to support the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, particularly concerning Covid-19.
- Experience in a new build construction environment.
- Possession of SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction designs and drawings.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
