Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Site Manager to oversee all personnel and subcontractors on-site.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors and manage material deliveries to facilitate a smooth construction process.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet production targets while maintaining exceptional product quality.
  • Ensure that all work methods are executed properly and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in conducting pre-completion inspections of properties with prospective buyers.
  • Respond promptly to requests from the sales team regarding the upkeep and preparation of show homes.
  • Support the Customer Care Team by ensuring maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and professionally.
  • Participate in necessary meetings related to your responsibilities.
  • Adhere to and promote company policies and procedures.
  • Take on additional tasks as required to support the team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, particularly concerning Covid-19.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Experience in a new build construction environment.
  • Possession of SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
  • Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction designs and drawings.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
