Management Accountant

Job Summary:
Trial Balance Consulting is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a broad role that will play a key part in supporting the finance function, reporting into an experienced and friendly Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Assisting with all month-end procedures to tight deadlines
- Monitoring the aged debtor
- Ensuring efficient accounts payable and receivable controls
- Bank/balance sheet reconciliations
- Overall responsibility for monthly payroll
- Supporting the Finance Manager with various ad-hoc duties and tasks

Requirements:
- Fully AAT qualified or relevant vocational experience
- Good IT skills including an aptitude for picking up digital accounting platforms (Sage/Xero)
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
