About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a Postperson, you will play a critical role in delivering mail and parcels to our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets and meet customer expectations
- Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods, and to lift and carry mail and parcels
