Position: Grocery Marketing Strategist | Temporary Maternity Cover

Leading Category Brand | Grocery Sector

Compensation: Negotiable

Location: Flexible within the Bucks/Berks region

Role Overview:

As part of a compact Shopper Marketing team, you will spearhead growth initiatives with major grocery retailers using a creative and strategic mindset while collaborating closely with commercial and brand departments. High levels of creativity will be required when engaging with agency partners and retailer stakeholders to align with retail and e-commerce strategies. A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial for evaluating campaigns and identifying future opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in an FMCG Shopper Marketing or Brand Activation role
  • Familiarity with retail media
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce/digital platforms and analytical capabilities
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • A genuine desire to learn and contribute meaningfully to a prominent brand
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Degree qualified
  • Ability to work in the Bucks/Berks region on a part-time basis

This role is a Maternity Cover position for a duration of 9-12 months.
