About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to manage our children's residential care service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and caring environment for children and young people who live in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality services

  • Monitor and evaluate service performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a leadership role in a residential care environment
  • Strong knowledge of childcare policies and procedures
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
