Job Description:

MarkMay is seeking a skilled Gas Service-Only Engineer to join our network of subcontractors in the social housing sector. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch gas services to meet the growing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections and servicing of gas appliances and systems.
  • Identify and rectify gas-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Respond to gas-related emergencies and service requests.
  • Collaborate with property managers and residents to address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of work performed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Gas Service-Only Engineer, preferably in social housing.
  • CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 - ESSENTIAL
  • Own Van, Tools, Insurance
  • Gas Safe registered with relevant certifications and qualifications.
  • Thorough knowledge of gas appliances, systems, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
