Job Overview

Albert Bartlett is seeking a skilled Factory Worker to join our night shift team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our robotic production lines, ensuring quality standards are met, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate robotic production lines in accordance with production requirements.
  • Escalate to our engineering team where necessary.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate and monitor equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Ensure quality assurance by implementing quality control measures.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
About the Role

Night shifts are available, Sunday to Thursday. We offer competitive compensation, including shift allowances and overtime pay.

Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
