Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Front of House team at The Graduate, a fantastic city centre pub in Sheffield. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop your team to achieve high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Work closely with the management team to create and deliver business plans and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the absence of management.
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old, as this role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a positive team culture.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
