Job Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of Shaw Trust's Supported Internships growth. As a Tutor, you will be based in Heathrow, West London, and will play a crucial role in supporting interns on our Supported Internships program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support interns on our Supported Internships program, providing guidance and tuition as needed.
  • Teach interns and provide one-to-one tuition support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work with neurodiverse young people or adults, providing a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Careers Education and Guidance, Youth and Community work, or Social Care (or working towards).
  • Proven record of success in engaging SEN participants on programs.
  • Experience in providing group and one-to-one tutor support or coaching, positively influencing others' professional or personal development.
