LAW Absolute is partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit an associate to join their employment practice on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tribunal and investigation cases
  • Provide advisory and corporate support, including due diligence, collective redundancies, TUPE, and consultation processes
  • Draft and review employment contracts, employee handbooks, remuneration, and SMCR issues

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of PQE+ gained with a reputable leading employment team or global law firm
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle complex tasks
