Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Business Analyst to support our technology projects in the Bank. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help define future technology projects and programmes by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and map them to functional requirements.
  • Analyse and clarify existing systems to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Define, document, and prioritize requirements to ensure they are clear and actionable.
  • Support solution generation by collaborating with technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a senior business analyst working on complex IT projects and programmes is essential.
  • Experience with Cyber Security frameworks, processes, and tooling is highly desirable.
Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements definition and system modelling.
  • Strong understanding of modelling techniques (e.g. use cases, activity diagrams) and software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall).
  • Outstanding analytical skills and intellectual curiosity to challenge assumptions and provide detailed analysis.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work with engineers and architects to define and translate programme-level requirements into deliverable solutions.
