Job Summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Planning and Development Manager to join our team in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of prestigious projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in planning and development, holding a Master's degree in Town Planning (MRTPI) or equivalent. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement planning strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project growth and development
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential project opportunities
  • Prepare and submit planning applications to local authorities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Town Planning (MRTPI) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in planning and development, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
