We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Lead to Cash team at SD Worx. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our tools by effective backlog management and evolution within the SD Worx product landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Make final decisions on product development in close collaboration with your squad.
- Illustrate the business context, problem area, and possible solution suggestions in close collaboration with marketing excellence, sales operations, and the Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers.
- Validate the product vision and prioritized roadmap with internal stakeholders in our commercial excellence department.
- Co-develop a product vision and synchronize with the tribe lead and other product owners in other squads, responsible for related product areas.
- Responsible for the definition and prioritization of the product backlog.
- Responsible for the sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements.
- Responsible for the implementation of the product roadmap and release planning.
- Responsible for the technical stability of the product.
- Define product requirements, taking care of the completeness, integrity, and technical consistency.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and, if needed, clarify requirements.
- Communication with stakeholders as well as suppliers of the Enterprise tools within your portfolio.
- Participate in the tribe's roadmap, program, and release planning.
- Regular and structured reporting on the enterprise tools.
- Team-focused collaboration in an international and agile team.
- Making sure the team understands requirements correctly.
- Interaction with other squads, potentially in other tribes within SD Worx.
- Responsible for defining necessary competences in the squad together with the Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Tribe Lead.
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree (Master or Bachelor) or equal through experience. You should have multiple years of experience in analyzing sales and marketing processes and requirements. Strong experience in product management is also required. You should have +3 years of experience of successfully working with CRM technologies, strong experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloud, and strong communication skills and skills to work in teams, also in other parts of the company. System-thinking and handling Agile thinking and working is a given. Pragmatic focus on result and achieving the goals is essential. You should know how to work in a multi-cultural and international environment, interpret multiple, possibly conflicting, requirements, and prioritize these. Professional knowledge of English, both in speaking and writing, is required.
