Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and Serve Exceptional Cocktails: Develop and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages that meet the highest standards of mixology.
  • Oversee Bar Operations: Ensure adherence to quality and service standards, manage inventory levels, and maintain the freshness of ingredients.
  • Lead and Inspire the Bar Team: Provide guidance, foster a collaborative work environment, and lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the management team to develop and execute seasonal drink menus and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
