Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire process of new clinic openings and branch development from initiation to maturity
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for the clinic set-up team, branch lead team, and operational teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure GOS and NHS compliance
  • Continued training and development of volunteer teams to ensure performance and service levels are met
  • Travel to clinic locations and attend meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Optical professional with a successful record of launching new stores and clinics
  • Strong understanding of GOS and NHS compliance
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication skills
