UK Commercial and Marketing Graduate Programme

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our UK Commercial and Marketing Graduate Programme. This two-year programme will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our customer journey, from sales and service to marketing and propositions.

As a Commercial Operations Specialist in your first year, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across all Consumer sales and service journeys. You will work on unique projects, such as evaluating our communications and engagement strategy, improving customer experience, and redesigning our knowledge management systems.

In your second year, you will transition to a Marketing and Propositions role, where you will help drive commercial performance through the development of exciting new products and propositions or the development of a marketing and brand strategy that puts our customers at the forefront.

Throughout the programme, you will have the opportunity to work with our propositions, product, commercial, and marketing teams, developing innovative solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service across all Consumer sales and service journeys
  • Work on unique projects to improve customer experience and communications

  • Collaborate with our propositions, product, commercial, and marketing teams to develop innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Any degree, recently graduated (obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2025)
  • Right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration
