We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Rogerson Shoes. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire sales success by leading by example and driving sales and hitting targets.
- Create an amazing experience for customers by making the shop floor an exciting place to shop and a motivating environment for your team.
- Manage daily operations by planning and organizing tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
- Motivate, train, and develop your team to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Manage inventory and ensure the store looks its best, from window displays to the shop floor.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about great products, loves creating an environment that is as fun as it is productive, and has a can-do attitude. If you are an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step or already a Manager looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
