Job Title: Weld Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Weld Engineer to lead our team in designing, improving, and installing integrated systems for new product introductions in our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise weld technicians and provide guidance on equipment selection, weld parameter development, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost savings opportunities and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Weld Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in weld assembly and automotive support industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, CMM data, and resistance welding.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
