We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team in Dulwich. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging property viewings, negotiating offers, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Arranging property viewings and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail
