About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team at Paradigm Tech. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of data science projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in machine learning and analytics tools, including Python and supporting libraries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business value.
  • Manage and mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of Python and machine learning libraries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • SC clearance (or willingness to obtain) and ability to work in a secure environment.
