Job Opportunity:
The Aspire Training Team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice at Tadpoles Daycare.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to complete a Level 3 Childcare apprenticeship within a friendly team at a fantastic setting. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for the care and education of children and day-to-day operations of the room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare and early years education
- Build outstanding partnerships with parents
- Undertake further learning and development
- Report to the Nursery Manager, Community Centre Manager, and Tadpoles Committee
Working Hours:
- Tadpoles Daycare operates between 08:00-16:30
- Working hours will be between 34-42.5 hours per week
Requirements:
- Level 2 Early Years Childcare Qualification is essential
- GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a clear DBS
- Previous experience of caring for/working with children 0-5 years
Desirable Qualities:
- A passionate and energetic individual who is driven to build success
- A professional with outstanding childcare skills and excellent team player qualities
