Pharmaceutical Portfolio Strategist

RBW Consulting is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our pharmaceutical business development team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to discontinuation, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze portfolio performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and market presence.

• Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical portfolio management, product management, or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the primary and secondary care market, including regulatory requirements, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with excellent skills in interpreting complex data and making informed decisions. A degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
